  • chevron_rightI am a Grove (Townhome) owner, why do I pay two assessment amounts?
The general budget ($113.50) includes all of the costs that are split equally among the owners (Arbor and Grove). This includes some insurance (D&O, General Liability, etc.), landscaping throughout the community, private roads, water, storm drain maintenance, lighting, and admin and general expenses.

The Grove budget is specific to Grove homeowners and covers expenses related to the cost of maintaining the buildings – insurance, roofs, painting, window washing, fire sprinkler inspections and maintenance and general and admin costs.
